Arctic Auditories –
Hydrospheres in the North

“Arctic Auditories – Hydrospheres in the High North” is an interdisciplinary project (UiT Tromsø) based in feminist methodologies. It engages scholarship and methods from sound arts, human geography and applied ethnomusicology to develop strategies for understanding environmental change through sound.

The general results of this project will also be available to the general public at the end in an exhibition at the Polar Museum in Tromsø, Norway.
